Dry Clean Club, Inc. Standard Terms Of Service of Membership
Please read and agree to these terms and conditions before you join. Please read them carefully.
By purchasing a Membership to Dry Clean Club, Inc..(DCC), you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is subject to change by DCC at any time, and changes are effective immediately without individual notice.
- You are purchasing a month to month Membership for a specified number of garments for Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services based upon your membership level. - Your membership will automatically be renewed for your convenience until you cancel. - Each Item submitted in excess of your membership plan will be billed at $3 for dry cleaning and $1.50 for laundered dress shirts. Additional charges will apply for many types of garments not included in your flat rate membership fee.
The following garments will incur additional charges per item. Sequenced, Fancy, Decorative, Hand Painted, Hand Washing, Lined Garments, Folded/Boxed Shirts, Suit Jackets, Dresses, Sweaters, Excessive Stains, Silk. These items will incur additional charges based upon size, complexity, material and condition.
Items not included in Flat Rate Program and charged on an individual basis. Leather, Drapes, Ski Clothes, Table Cloths, Formal Gowns, Household Items, Commercial Items, Sleeping Bags, Oversized Items. We may at anytime refuse garments not specifically listed here.
By submitting your credit/debit card ("Bank Card") data, you authorize DCC to initiate debit entries against your bank or credit card account. Your membership will continue on a month to month basis until DCC has received written notification from you of it's termination
